Day 29 – June 13   Raven Cove to Shearwater

 

We ambled into Shearwater today.  Diane and Willard received a Nellie Uber ride to the Urgent Care in Bella Bella for her ‘eye’ issue.  They want her to fly home NOW. 

 

Went out to lunch.  Then went shopping in Shearwater.  Didn’t need anything, but of course bought a few items including fresh vegetables, and ice cream.   Next store will be back here in about 20 days.   LOL the store had HUGE carrots …. Like 12 inches long and 3 inches in diameter. 

 

Glen spoke to a guy on the dock who had hailed us on the radio.   He wanted to know which direction we were coming from and how the water was.  He is traveling in a two boat flotilla who had planned on going to Alaska but they got stuck in Prince Rupert for 6 days due to weather and decided that going to Alaska was not in their cards this year.  So now they are headed south …. to parts further south or all the way home to the Seattle area.

 

Movie night - movie was one of the Avengers series, a good action movie for the guys.
