May 30 – Back to Ketchikan
Spend the evening in Ketchikan. Bryan and Cheryl from The Floating Stones are just across the dock. They are having a bit of boat trouble but hope to be back on the move soon. Also Jerry and Jenni Nelson from Forever Young (former ski patrollers) are in town. We had a great time visiting with them and catching up after several years. We hope to be able to spend more time with both of these couples later this summer.
The RHYC group all went out to dinner at Annabelle’s and then back to the boats to get some sleep. Tomorrow is a travel day back to the lower 48 for a number of us. Glen will also be checking into options related to dinghy ‘issues’.
