June 16 – Day 47 Craig – Change of ‘crew’
It’s Wednesday so that means conference call day for me. It’s also Tom Miner’s arrival day. He and Chris were unable to make the adventure this summer in their own boat due to several things. They made the 2008, 2013, and 2016 trips with us; and have been missed this summer. However, we found a window of opportunity for Tom to join us for a couple weeks. It will be fun having him aboard. Chris recently had some knee surgery so she is staying home to rehab and hang out with the grandkids.
Tom will want to do some fishing. He has improved in the fishing department over the years so we expect better results than in 2008. Sorry, Tom just had to post it. <grin> We are looking forward to Tom being with us for this next leg of our 2021 Alaskan Adventure.

On the way back from picking up Tom they stopped to check and pull in the crab pot. Yippee one keeper.
Tom and Glen went over to Nelsea at the dock and tried to do some recon and testing regarding a generator issue that Steve has been chasing down. Steve had called them with some intel. Problem not yet resolved but more information gained. Apparently this one can’t be resolved with Duct Tape.
